The legal foundation
Legal training delivered what no business school delivers: risk and contract reading, language precision and the ability to structure arguments before acting. Specialization in marketing and business at the University of Toronto added positioning, strategy and market reading in an international context. These two repertoires — legal-technical and strategic-commercial — are the analytical core of everything that came after.
Legal reasoning didn't stay in college. It is the analytical structure that supports every diagnosis, every contract and every strategic decision made since then.
